Welcome, when I was ten years of age I had a near death experience after falling asleep face down in my pillow. After flying out towards a light at the end of a tunnel, I met my departed grandmother who was waiting for me, I wondered if this experience was real. In fact I repeated this a few times for the fantastic flying out of body peaceful experience. It was all on a smaller scale to our existence, like a dream but certainly very real. In the world of Quantum physics we can travel faster than the speed of light, so we can move forward or backwards in time,so you may be sent back to a different time period if you are re-incarnated, for not learning all your lessons. Ghosts are seen wandering or haunting places because they are stuck in energy space time bubbles maybe waiting for a past relative or they just dont know that they have died. These spirits need to be rescued by a spiritual medium. Energy space time shifts can also sometimes appear in our world like videos, which is why people sometimes report seeing or hearing ghosts or strange noises. Steam trains at disused stations or ghost ships, planes, old shops on the high street in fact anything. Old cars on the road late at night which then dissappear as they overtake you. But it's just energy and a trick of the light bandwidth and time.
Ghosts can also make themselves visible to us if they want to,but we sometimes see them because our brains may be in a receptive mode of operation. ie Just waking up or under the right conditions. New modern cameras can also see ghosts as they are now very ultra violet sensitive.
Because many people do not understand all the technical stuff they will always think that people who come up with very strange theories are not normal, mainly because they just do not have a clue to whats going on here on earth and in our very large universe. I have also been talking to many people during this research about their own fate and destiny/life and death stories. I have also included some of my own life experiences. In 1964, I was seven years of age and my parents gave me a telescope for Christmas. This opened up my study of Astronomy. I have also been researching the paranormal and unexplained. At first I believed that we were just a big cosmic accident and ghosts & Ufo's were not real, I now believe that I am closer to why we are all down here on earth, and I was very sceptical, perhaps like you are now.
I like to know how everything works both man made,nature and spiritual.Man made and nature we can see, but spiritual we normally cannot, so many people will say its all rubbish. But thats because many do not understand how spiritual things function. Just by keeping an open mind you can normally work out how and why the unexplained works. When my mother died in June 1988 my father reported many strange events, like objects moving overnight and footstep noises coming up the stairs. From my research I believe my mother who was now in a spiritual energy form,was waiting for my father to pass over. I have spoken to many widows and widowers,who have told me that they know their partners are still around as they can feel their presence at certain times of the day,some have even seen their loved ones.
Talking to many people from all religions, creeds and different backgrounds over time and asking them of their personal experiences of life and death, many similarities do begin to appear. I have re-searched stories of fate and destiny, miracles, ghosts and ufo’s and the best item which a romany gypsy told me is how to receive "Goodluck" as detailed below. It does work trust me as I have tested it many times. Its known in the Bible as "Its better to give than receive" It works because everything in our universe is all joined & linked. We are all made from stardust and energy. Our actions are also seen and judged by the spiritual side. This spiritual side also has influence on the physical side and can alter events, like a giant matrix spider web of atomic barions, strings, energy & frequency,we are all connected together right across time, space and maybe other dimensions. I know that when I used to do bad things I received bad luck and when I used to do good things I received good luck. I try and do good things now. Look back at you own life and see if you can link your good luck and bad luck with events that you have performed in the past. I have a good memory for all my good and bad events and they all seem to link with being punished or rewarded after the event. One bad thing I did at school was put nails under the school icecream vans tyres,shortly after both my wrists were broken after falling from the high climbing frames in P.E. in the school sports hall.
A good deed I did was helping an elderly housebound lady get her shopping during a cold snap of icy weather, at the time I needed £1000 to add to the insurance money for a car, after mine had been destroyed in a very bad traffic accident, luckely which I had survived. After getting her shopping I went to the bank to get a loan, I also entered a competition at the bank and won £1000 two weeks later. I have many links like this in my life, too many for it to be chance. I believe it's down to our spiritual guides who are keeping an eye on us making sure we learn our lessons.

The Goodluck may come back in many forms ie A sunny holiday,A perfect day, Something you wished for happening, A perfect life for you and your family.Nice events just turning up in your life from out of the blue. You have to do good deeds without thinking that I'm gonna get a reward, because it will not work, which may be hard as you are now aware of how it works.But sometimes it's all the little things that all add up. Just remember that the spiritual side can observe what you do in your daily life,they may be out of sight but they are still around. I once gave a young autistic train spotter man a timetable to help him, he knew all the times of the trains in his head anyway,just like the film 'Rainman' but my luck for the next six months was surreal,everything I wished for in my mind just happened from out of the blue. So as they say be careful what you wish for, I believe his gardian angels rewarded me for the good deed I did for him. Before I did all this research I was not convinced there was a spirit world or even a god. But some very stange things have happened to me since my late mother died in 1988. One was two nice looking women climbed up the west bound stairs on Leytonstone platform (Whitnessed by S Wright a fellow tube train driver from the eastbound platform) and said to me "Look theres a sign for you in the sky" I looked up and there was a white cross in the blue sky. They then went back down the stairs and I got on my central line train. What was all that about? Well I had been researching was there a god at the time. There have been many other things from out of the blue. Finding things on trains relative to this research. It has been like a big jigsaw puzzle and then finding all the pieces to make the big picture. I am now totally convinced that earth is just a big classroom for us all to learn lessons both good and bad,but if your a good student then you are rewarded for your good course work. I think have to catch up with my course work.
Just look in the news media everyday to see new stories of evil acts, with them all eventually getting caught or punished for their deeds. Even Hitlers evil luck ran out in the end. Also notice history repeating events,was 9/11 pearl harbour 2.

Everything has both good & evil. Think of any object on earth and it can be used for both good or evil. e.g. A car can get you to the hospital fast, but may have been the cause of why you are going there. And who has never done anything bad?

Look out for small white feathers (Angel wings)? floating down after you do a good deed,yes it sounds like madness and I did not believe in it,but I found one on my tube train drivers seat after buying a sandwich and drink for a poor person at Ealing Broadway. It was not there earlier and we have no windows. RE-INCARNATION
We are all on earth to learn lessons mainly good or evil. Two things to learn. Make sure you choose the good lessons. You may be sent back to live as a male or female,maybe something else,as everything is all made from atoms.

Look just how many wars have been influenced by the weather or luck on the side of good. The Germans invasion of Russia and an unusual very cold blast of air down from the Arctic, the Spanish Armada being blown off course around the English channel,A lull in the weather for the D-day landings after storms forecast.

Many wars right across earths history have all ended with a good over evil conclusion.
There have been too many acts of Godly events for it to be all chance.It seems that the good guys win battles many times. Wars may be lessons for us all to learn. But wouldn't it be nice if we could just cut to the peace bit first? Or are wars meant to happen for us to learn good over evil? Once one war has finished we then seem to have another conflict starting over either religious beliefs,polictical differences,military threats or land issues. Normally at the end of all wars we then sit down and talk peace with our enermies.
Out of the evil of all wars has come new innovations & technologies which have helped us all move forward towards the future. When my father, who was in the Chindit’s which was like an early S.A.S, returned from Burma at the end of WWII, he said things changed for the better as nobody wanted to go back to the days of post war working conditions of Britain when there was hardships for many. He was left for dead after getting cerabral malaria, alone he found his way out of the Burma jungle.Someone upstairs must have been looking after him during this time.
Out of the ashes of gloom, living standards began to get better for everyone in the U.K. Look how right across our earth many countries are now developing,maybe not all up to the same level of standards and living conditions, but moving forward just the same. Our old clothes and many other things are being sent to be used by their poor. Now go back to Britain in the 1920's when many were very poor also and you will see very simular hardships. My late father was born in 1914 in a workhouse in Paddington London,he often told me of all his hardships, as his father had died when he was two years of age. He started doing a milkround and paper round at the age of eight. His mother taking in washing from the wealthy and working all night to try and get it dry by an open fire in their two room 1 penny a week flat. His mother Grace was the person I always met during my near death visits.

We live in a solar system located out near the edge from the centre simular to this one.This one is the M31 the Andromeda galaxy one of our neighbours.In the future this will collide with our milky way galaxy and start a destructive/re-arrangment process to produce a new one,it's a dog eat dog event in our universe too,it's not just down here on planet earth.
OUR UNIVERSE & OUR RELATIVE SCALE
Below is a picture link of the Orion nebula,this is what we are all made of, ie energy,space dust & gases all arranged in complex shapes held together by gravity. Even this nebula has intellegence, for the gases and all the materials are joining together by gravity to create new stars.

But it does not end there, we have evolved from a system that can take spiritual energy or the soul forward to another dimension in time and space. Its been happening for a long time now. The north American Indians know all about spirits and so do the many other tribes of old.We have lost this knowledge because we do not need it any more.Our pagon ways have gone. We get our food from shops now,so we do not need to use basic instint skills for gathering our food.
All the energy and matter from the big bang may have come through a port hole from another universe.Our universe may all go back again like a cosmic cycle of events.This whole universe is based on cycles,our Milky way revolves up and down and around a black hole at the centre. Our solar system moves around our sun.The sun's 11 year internal cycle,our moons 30 day cycle around the earth,its gravity affecting the tides. This planet moving 365 days around the sun.Planet earths plates are moving around the molton rock like ships on a sea,and are being affected by the gravity of the moon,which can cause earthquakes. Even we are influenced by the ups and downs that life throws at us. "Its all sent to try us in many ways" The trick is to try and think positive all the time,or count your blessings. My late father often told me "There is always someone worse off than you", "And look for a silver lining in any cloud". If I had not been made redundant in Aug 1998, I would have not been able to afford my children's university fees,so it was a blessing in disguise,because my next job paid double the rate of the previous. At the time it was concerning,but someone's looking out for each and everyone of us,if you have been good or at least tried to,no one is perfect,or you would not be back here on earth. It really is a big cellestial browney point system, and I did not believe any of it ,until I wanted to know how it all works. In 2004 I meet a workmate who used to repair televisions & videos with me in the 1980's,he had also been researching life and death after both his parents had died,We compaired notes and he had come up with very simular results and conclusions as I had. He still repairs televisons and dvd players for Currys in east London.

Dreams can be caused by certain foods that you have eaten,or things which are on your mind,these dreams are generated in your brain from your memories. But unusual dreams that are very real can be lessons for us to learn,for you leave your body for these type of dreams. I found that the more good things I did, the less I had real dreams.
FAITH
I practice no religion but believe there is a controlling Godly force looking after us. I believe God is a universal spiritual light energy matrix that is everywhere and produces a loving force for all things that are good. A bit like air,we cannot see it, but we all need it and know its good for us. Talking to many religions, many believe the same thing. Many people who have had a near death experience have said that they were surrounded by a misty loving light similar to the effect at the end of the film ghost, as per the next link.
I never saw a misty light when I had my near death experiences, only a single light at the end of the tunnel,and my nan who had died in 1947 waiting for me with a big smile on her face. But I thought it was a scary witch in my dreams,but it was just the way she dressed,black clothes with black hair tied back,confirmed when I saw pictures of her a few years later.In fact in Feb 2005 I woke up to see her smiling at me,by my bedside. Now that scares you for a second,until your eyes adjust to the light bandwidth we know,and nobody is there. But spirits are not trapped in heaven, they can pop back to see you from time to time. I have even seen my wife's nan standing over her by the bedside, and I described her to my wife, and I had never seen her,for she died before I meet my wife. I also saw a roman soldier as my town had a small roman wooden fortress not far from where I live also and a young girl who touched my hand. Many people say to me "Why are you doing all this?" Well the answer is that, I just wanted to know that my parents were o.k, and also to research this really interesting subject.Many see this as a taboo subject, but if you are aware of how it works it does help you understand why many events happen. Also if my research can help others, especially if you have lost someone, then I hope it helps you. I really thought it was all a trick of the mind but a year after I went for a visit to Colchester castle musiem and saw a roman soldier manikin and it was identical to the one I had seen walking past my bed the sword on his right hand side and a big bloke too who even looked at me before he went through the wall and I woke up. Yes it could be a big dream but it was very real to me.
I was told at my first ever spiritual meeting in the village hall at Woodham-Ferrers,Essex in June 2004, from three mediums working to channel information back that "They are telling us your book (re Goodcircles.com research) is coming on fine" I had told no one there about this research.The mediums also told me of a wealthy relative who lived near Covent garden London,this mean't nothing to me until recently my wife, who is studying the families geneology told me of this relative. I was also told that a spirit was helping me with my research, which perhaps explained why I was waking up with ideas and logical answers in my head in the early hours of the morning while I was doing this research. I even woke up with the name and idea for this website in my head.The medium Colin Fry is very good at his trade,but there are many mediums who just like trades people are not so good, and will tell you all sorts of useless facts.
In 2009 I meet a spiritual person who got a personal message back from my parents for me,that only they would know. Just remember they do want to let you know that they are alright,its the same as if you went on holiday and you call home to say "We have arrived safely,dont worry".
FATE, DESTINY & MIRACLES
Many things do happen for a reason. You end up in hospital and meet your true love, you miss a train,plane,or boat and it crashes or sinks. I have collected many stories of events which happened to people which could have changed their lives.Think about all the things that have happened to you in the past,were you in the right place at the right time when something good or bad happed to you? Also look how many miracles happen everyday in the news,ie people falling from skyscrapers and just getting minor injuries, planes crashing with everyone surviving. Many pop stars will tell you things like "If I had not gone out that night then I would not now be famous". Elvis Presley as a boy was going to be givern a bike as a present from his parents,but he wanted a rifle, he settled for a guitar instead which probably started his unique path. All through our lives luck comes along at the right time and place,sometimes just in time or that eureka moment when a new idea comes to mind and changes your whole life. I just happened to go into the job centre as London Underground were starting to advertise for staff.But I was looking for another electronics career,but there were no electronic jobs there that day. In fact 20 years earlier I had driving a tube train from Ongar to Mile end via Epping on a Sunday outing, the driver then telling me "You would make a good tube train driver mate". When I did hospital radio at St Johns Chelmsford Essex, elderly patients would often tell me "You whole lifes all mapped out for you". But thats not to say you are stuck in a path not of your choosing ,I believe that we are guided and helped at certain times of need,but if you want to do something else its your free choice,but not everyone can be brain surgeons,or fighter pilots. All of us are good at something,thats what makes us all unique. Have you ever thought how you have a younger mind, but an older body?(Young at heart).It would appear that the spirit within does not suffer the same ageing process as its earth body.
SPIRITS TRAPPED ON EARTH
I currently work as a tube train driver on the Central line for London underground,we have many ghosts down in our tunnels, I have collected many of the stories from staff and even had the stories witnessed. I have even had a few ghostly experiences myself in the Kennington loop,with doors opening, but the train being empty, when I worked on the Northern line,and strange events on the Victoria line. Many are lost souls or energies that do not know they have died and keep on wandering around.
Some of these entities can be rescued by mediums that can help.But some spirits are troublesome and do not want to be rescued and move things and objects and scare humans. These are also known as poltergeists. Most houses have spirits either good or bad.
Many were humans that were ill treated or tortured or had caused evil acts. Hooded monks have been seen causing problems by people I have interviewed.One told me he saw his daughter lifted up by a hooded entity while she was asleep. He also woke with bruises. He decided to move home. His old house was then featured on the Most haunted channel 4 television programme a few years later. When I once worked for a electronic security company I was asked to investigate spooky goings on at an senior persons home in Barking London. It was built on the site of an old roman prison. We recorded covert cctv with many strange sounds during the night,but no one was there,we eventually advised the council to get a spiritual medium in.

Children who talk to imaginary friends are talking to a spirit which they can see,This is because their developing eyes are tuned into this medium. Many mediums can see spirits as their eyes are receptive for that bandwidth.Remember we only see 10% of all the availiable frequency bandwidth.
LIFE & DEATH
Sometimes mother nature trim's up the earths population by various means,ie:illness,viruses,natural disasters,war with many times us all having to fight evil for the good of all mankind.When a large natural disaster happens, we then unite to help those in need by sending aid. Military equipment designed to kill is then used to save lives.
Wait until its your time to leave,please do not take your own life,or your spirit could be trapped here. Remember "But for the Grace of God go I" is true. Look how many castles are haunted because people died before their time,after being tortured.
When you do leave follow the light and have a great time on the other side as a spiritual orb energy bubble. Heaven is a good place.
They may also send you back again to learn your lessons,if you have been bad,for you will be judged and your life may be reviewed in an area called the clearing house,its a dark area. Maybe you also choose to come back again for another go. You can also visit here from time to time.Some spirits never come here,no need for they are very happy where they are. If you are in heaven,then who would want to come here? All that school homework again?
When your numbers up it truly is, I have had two bad car crashes and many other accidents which could have ended in my death. I also nearly never arrived,for my mother was told to terminate me because of blood type problems with my father and my mothers,and she even took some tablets to end the pregnancy.
I prayed very hard when my eldest son nearly died with pnemonia at the age of two,thats when you know there is a cosmic link to upstairs. I asked them to take me instead.
Please do not worry about those that are sadly taken back early, for many do come back further along in time within the family circles. Check back at old photographs of relatives and you will see similarities with living relatives. Look how many new babies in your family circles are givern the same names as relatives past, and you may be unaware of this simular name.Then a relative tells you "You know that was the same name as your" : great uncle / aunty etc. Check out your family tree to see many names coming back.
There may also be links to where your relatives once lived with many people moving to an area without knowing that their relatives once lived there also. Check this out with your own families genealogy records.
Take a look at your families circle of wealth over the years and you will see many rich or poor stories, many being influenced by fate and destiny.
If you win the lottery or become very rich make sure you give some back,because one thing is certain greedy people do not prosper. You may be saying "What rubbish" but when I used to be a field service television engineer, I used to monitor the lives of my many customers across south east Essex. Those that were greedy either died young or suffered from ill health or had bad luck. The saying "They will get their come uppance" is true.
They may also take you back early for a good reason,known only to them upstairs. Maybe the person was going to suffer later in life? The other side does know your departure time. So how does that work? The only logical answer is that the spirit world knows why you are here and what your life path is. People that have had near death experiences are told "It's not your time" and then find themselves moving back into their earth bodies. If we are given a period of time to live on earth,then we must be down here for a purpose,and that is I believe" A lesson in life for you"
Spiritual energy/ Orbs join babies in the womb in the early stages of it's development. Spirits hate the birth process and many will leave the baby at this crucial stage,sadly resulting in the babys death. I have spoken to mediums who have had good messages back for the grieving parents,regarding their children. I spoke to one lady who's friend lost two children and she took a picture of their graves and in the picture was a little rainbow above the grave area.
Remember you are born with nothing and you leave with the same,and the love of money is the root of all evil. Below is a good idea which came like many from military use first, then past down to commercial use.

I was driving home late one night and my radio changed channel on its own to an open university program about the sources of music. In fact it used to change channel many times to interesting programes and in different cars too,perhaps it was my spiritual guide.
1.Heavenly Hymes, religious music eg. (Monks chanting etc) and great classical works. Many great composers have said ideas just have flowed into their minds or have woken up in the night with an idea for new music. One of my favourites is below to inspire you.
2.Cellestrial(All modern songs which have subliminal messages in the text) Listen for them. eg "I have a dream" Abba, "If you see the wonder of a fairytale you can take the future even if you fail" What do many fairytale's all have? Answer :A good over evil story with a happy ending. Don't ever worry about failing, many millionairs were bankrupt many times on their way to success,they learned by their mistakes, just enjoy your life down here,whatever rocks your boat.Not everyone can be the same or there would be no ambitions to aspire too. My old neighbour used to make knitted gloves for poor children in eastern europe, she was'nt rich or poor but lived to 98 and was happy and contented and went to her church every Sunday.

Many songs come from the cellestial zone or heaven, where spirits write them and they are sent back for us to learn things that are good. Joe Meeks Telstar came to him during the night and was the first record I played on a record player that I had made from old scrap parts, when I was eleven along with a 405 black and white television which was the size of a chest of draws and sat at the bottem of my bed and used an aerial made of meccano fixed to the garden trellace. When I was twelve my parents gave me Philips 4 track tape recorder for Christmas and thats when I started recording music and speech. I then sold my trian set and bought a second hand Hoffman electric quitar and 50watt Baldwin burns amplifier. Joining in a school band of three mates,mainly because I had the amplifier. I once got a 240volt electric shock between the amp and the guitar strings just before going on stage at secondary school,but l at least Iived to tell the tale. I can still remember all my musles being pulled tight as the electricity flowed across my body.
I think it was God telling me not to be a pop star.

Book & Film idea's sent to us
The idea for the book called "Pay it forward" was also sent back to us, the book then became a film and now has a website. I contacted the author Catherine Ryan Hyde in Sept 2010 by e-mail and she told me she believes the experience she had with her car catching fire and strangers helping her, which then gave her the idea for the book pay it foward, was meant to happen.
Like many who have goodluck sent their way, she also does a lot for good causes.
The book 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens penned in 1843 made people change their ways for many rich folk then started helping the poor for good reasons.
Take a look at all the very large companies and you will see that the very successful ones are very giving.
The spirit world is not perfect either, many spirits don't know they are dead, or have unfinished business to attend to. Not everyone gets to heaven. They exist here like lost sheep. A friend of mine called Roger Knight writes childrens books and says his ideas come to him from a ghost in his house. A song writer who used to live in my town told me the same thing happend to him with songs which came into his head and had seen the ghost in his house,he said songs came from the ether.

It's good to cry as this resets all your body systems, Crying is good for you. Each of us has a guardian spiritual Angel, some have more than one.
